Meeting Room Hire Ipswich

Hiring one of the rooms at Ipswich Meeting House is easy.

The time slots are 9am-12pm, 1pm-4pm and 7pm-10pm Monday to Saturday. On occasions it may be possible to book a room by the hour.

Once you have decided then either [fill out the booking form online, (not currently working)] or download the word format booking form, fill it in and email it to ipswichquakers@gmail.com or download the pdf format booking form, print it, fill it in and post it to us at: The Warden, 39 Fonnereau Road, Ipswich, IP1 3JH.

The Meeting House is open from 8.00am to 10.00pm.

10.5m x 8m with seating for 100 people.

An urn for making hot drinks can be hired for an additional £5 per session for this room.

£31 per 3-hour session (£13 per hour after or part thereof).

8.5m x 6m with chairs for 60 people and 8 tables.

There is a hatch to the adjacent kitchen.

£25 per 3-hour session (£10 per hour after or part thereof).

The charge for the kitchen is £10.00 per session and can be hired with the Collinson room for £35.00 per session.

An urn can be hired for hot drinks at £5.00 per session.
